1. How to request deletion
You can initiate deletion by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Account Deletion Request and include only the information needed to identify your account.

We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion.
After verification, we will begin deleting or de-identifying eligible account data.
We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any lawful retention.
2. What is deleted
Subject to technical and legal limitations, deletion includes your account profile, uploaded face images and other media, generated images, generated audio, generated videos, saved projects, preferences, and other personal content associated with the account.
3. What may be retained
We may retain limited records when required for tax, accounting, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, or other legal obligations. Retained records are restricted to the purpose requiring retention and are not kept for ordinary product use.
4. Timing and backups
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or disaster-recovery systems until they are overwritten through normal retention cycles. Such copies are not restored for ordinary use.
5. Subscriptions and app-store purchases
Deleting your desifaces account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription in the applicable store before deleting your account to prevent future renewals. Store transaction records and refund handling remain subject to the store’s policies.
6. Before you delete
Download any content you want to keep before requesting deletion. Account deletion is intended to be permanent, and deleted content may not be recoverable.
